School Supplies Drive for Taglimao Elementary School


Hello everyone! We are helping out a friend who is a teacher at one of the far-flung, hinterland elementary schools in the city. As what she told us, teaching there is quite difficult since the students lack school materials and supplies. Because of this, we thought of conducting a school supplies drive for the 291 students of Taglimao Elementary School. In the spirit of friendship, your support, no matter how small it may be, will surely go a long, long way for these students. Contact us if you are interested in helping us! For our friends and contacts overseas who may opt to deposit any amount of money, we will be glad to accept them too and convert them to supplies needed by the students. After the devastating flood happened last January 16 which destroyed most of our learning and instructional materials in school. Our school gets flooded most of the time when heavy rain comes. Not only that, our pupils who live near the river banks became victims of the flood as well. Some of their houses were partially or completely washed out. Some of the school materials such as their notebooks and papers could no longer be used. Because of that, I've been wanting to give something to these pupils who were affected by the recent flood. That is why when a group of Lady Lawyers contacted me for an outreach activity, I did not think twice of assisting and helping them organize an outreach activity for our school. Safe Drinking Water for the Evacuees of Marawi City. Contact us if you wish to donate. We can fetch the donations from your location. Currently, we have more or less 100 bottles of water ready to be given to the evacuees. Thank you to all who supported, and will support, this cause.

Christmas in a Box

This is a super late post but sharing to you some photos from the project we supported last December, together with JCI Kagayhaan Gold and Gusa Elementary School.  It was the Christmas in a Box, wherein we gave out 450 health care kits and food to the 450 female inmates of the Cagayan de Oro City Jail.
