Teachers' Initiatives

 This is long overdue but we just would like to share to you our project last December. Teachers' Initiatives became a partner to Gusa Elementary School 's outreach activity wherein we held a Christmas party for the abandoned kids in House of Joy Children's Foundation . We prepared games and activities for the kids and the kids also presented some dances to all of us. We also gave them gifts in the end, as per Christmas tradition.  We would like to thank Nagkahiusang Mambabalak ng Cagayan de Oro, organizer of CDO Poetry Night, for supporting our outreach program for Taglimao Elementary School. Biggest thanks to all those who came to watch the show too.

Thank you CDO Poetry Night and Nagkahiusang Mambabalak sa CDO for supporting our cause! :) All school supplies that will be gathered in the activity later will go to our Outreach activity this October.

Hello everyone! We are helping out a friend who is a teacher at one of the far-flung, hinterland elementary schools in the city. As what she told us, teaching there is quite difficult since the students lack school materials and supplies. Because of this, we thought of conducting a school supplies drive for the 291 students of Taglimao Elementary School. In the spirit of friendship, your support, no matter how small it may be, will surely go a long, long way for these students. Contact us if you are interested in helping us!
